Waveshare ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-3.49 - C64 READY

PlatformIO starter showing Commodore 64-style READY. with a blinking cursor.

Hardware: ESP32-S3R8, 16 MB flash, 8 MB PSRAM, 172x640 AXS15231B QSPI LCD.

Build: pio run Upload: pio run -t upload Monitor: 115200 baud

C64 palette: background #40318D; text/cursor #7869C4.
